http://www.trle.net/sc/authorfeatures.php?aid=425
攻略（德文）
Quest for the Gold Skull 2 – Caves

Level by Geomancer

Unauthorized walkthrough by Gerty.

Choose the Caves and start the game.

I would immediately save, as the level starts with a nasty slide and jumping and there is no way to describe exactly what to do than talk in general terms, so good luck.

Lara starts with a slide and save right away. If you have time, light also a flare if you want, as it is a bit dark. So the sequence is slide, jump, slide and jump, slide and jump, with the left cursor pushed in. If you have time save again, because there is another area where you have to do some jumping.

So sliding out of this cave, jump four times over blocks and grab the other side. Shimmy a bit to the left and climb down.

In the middle of this room is a different looking tile; you fall through this one and at the end pick up SECRET # 1, Golden Rose. Climb back up again (N) and shimmy to the left as far as you can go and climb up. Follow the corridor and pick up the medipack there. Two scorpions are on the left stairs; shoot them and climb the stairs. Shoot a guard and at the end of the stairs climb down.

There is a crawlspace there and I would save here. Climb into crawlspace and lower Lara till her feet are just beyond the first block. Then do a back flip and immediately shimmy Lara to the right or left so that she keeps hanging with her legs straight.

I had some problems in that once Lara was in a climbing position, she can’t climb in and she won't let go and grab (as we are used to, so be forewarned.)

Crawl through and lower yourself, a flyby starts and a croc is coming. The minute the flyby is over, do a roll and jump away from the croc and shoot him.

Run north and around the corner; next to the wall-torch is a wall you can climb. Pick up the flares and arrows and push that button there. Climb down and jump into the water and swim in the opening west.

Go immediately to the left and climb out, get the flares and push the button on the other side (this opens a gate further down).

Into the water and left again and then right (N), around a corner and up and there you can get some air. If you want to go for some goodies, save here and then dive and swim north. Once in a small underwater room, turn right (see the vases) and pick up lots of arrows and small medipack. Swim out left and get some air again. Now swim south, around a corner and climb the ladder. On the top do a back flip. A bit further around the corner is a soldier; after shooting him jump up and stand on that different looking tile. This opens a gate in the water, so go back to the ladder, swim and take the first opening to the right (E) down, around the corner and then to the left (E). Back at the sewer, swim to the corner and the gate on the left (near the skeleton in the water) is open now. Pick up the Key and flares and swim back to the ladder.

Once back where you shot the soldier at the end is an opening. Do a safety drop there. Shoot the croc and pick up the arrows, small medipack, at the beginning and end of this pool and climb back out where you dropped down. Now jump south into the opening there.

Watch out for the clanking knives and after the third one find some small medipacks.

Lava room

By approaching the opening a flyby starts. Go to the opening of this room and you see a big room with lava. There is only one rope (left) hanging, and by using the monkey climb, the moment you pass that yellow bar, two more ropes appear.

Next move is trial and error, so this is how I did it. Save and jump to the monkey climb. After passing that yellow bar, turn around and let go, slide and do a back flip at the end. (If you are not sure, just grab the first ledge on the end and you are back where you started, nice trick.) Slide down and hang at the end of the second ramp and let go. The floor there is safe. Stand with your back at the wall and face that rope (NW) and a running jump will do the trick (as the lava there is also safe). Hop to the rocks.

Use the rope to swing to the east and first go to the ladders on the wall. Climb up and use the Key on the door there. Jump into the water and swim down and through a crawlspace. Climb out and find the crossbow and push the button at the other side (escape of this room). Now enter room north, and pick up SECRET # 2, Golden Rose.

Go back (S) and swim up again (the whole shaft is filled with water). Go back to the ladders and climb down and once on the rocks go to the north wall.

Slide down and jump with Ctrl and climb in. Go into crawlspace and down at the other end. Climb the stairs, up and up a ladder and you are above the lava floor.

Face south and a standing jump to the ledge and use the two ropes to get in the opening way up, south. Light a flare and step on that tile, then jump back immediately. The boulder triggers the lava to turn into water. So dive in and swim all around and climb out, as you need to climb that ladder again.

In the west is a jump lever, and a running jump will do the job. The gate (N) is open now, so swim in and climb out, as there is a ladder you need to climb (NW).

Two guards are there as well, so shoot them, and a third appears at the end of this room. Up the stairs and open the door at the end.

Village.

Up the stairs, around the corner and straight ahead. Then turn north and right. Open some more doors there. You are now in some streets. Go left and you see a closed gate that needs the Guardian Key. So go left (S) and at the end left again. Go up the ramp, open yet another door. In the NW corner, behind the crates is the Guardian Key. Go outside and use the Key. Follow along. Into a corridor and at the end go right and right again. You enter the small village with a fountain on the square.

Left is a red car with Werner von Croy and right (E) is a door, push it and enter, up some ramps and once in the room on the east wall is a button. Turn around and open another door and go right. Jump to the other building and facing west, spot that jump lever. That triggers a guard and opens a gate in the SW corner of the square. Push the button in there.

In a flyby you see one of the three gates being opened. Now go NE and run around the corner, some blocks have been raised. Climb the blocks and a running jump to the building. In the first room next to that yellow crate is a button. Go the second room and follow through, up a ramp and halfway is an opening. Take a running jump to the next opening (W). Jump the stairs and climb up, at the end is another button. Another flyby for the second door.

Go down again, do a safety drop to the bottom and push that button. This opens the gate and triggers also some dogs. First turn around, as there is also a gate (where the dogs came from) and in there find a medipack and climb the crates and use the lever on top of them. Go back through the gate and you are back at the square.
Now go NW of the square and follow through, you come to the water's edge, run along there and go left at the end. Here are the two gates you saw in the flyby and there is also a button to push there. The last gate is open, so enter this place. In here is SECRET # 3, Golden Skull at the back of this house.

Back to the waterfront and the square and up the ramp (S) into the corridor (E).

Go through the gate and into the office building you started this part. Left, left and right and a door is open at the end.

It is dark in there and lots of skeletons lying there. Go through the first rotating knives; I always stand as close as I can get and do a side flip. Easiest way is left, through more rotating knifes, watch out for that spike ball coming from the ceiling and on the left a gate opens.

In the next room jump up left and use the button, turn around and jump up there as well and use the other button. Spikes are lowering from the ceiling, so move along. The door south opens. Use the monkey climb there and run up the ramp and climb the block. If you take the Golden Rose from the right pedestal first you got SECRET # 4 and then take the Golden Skull, as that is the end trigger.

02-09-2004

国外玩家的评论
Level: Quest for the Golden Skull 2 - Caves
Author: Mr. Feng Shui
total rating: 7.11 Gameplay &
Puzzles Enemies,
Objects &
Secrets Atmosphere,
Sound &
Cameras Lighting &
Textures
Duncan 7 6 8 7
eRIC 6 6 7 6
Gerty 7 6 7 6
Jay 7 7 6 8
Kristina 7 7 7 7
MichaelP 7 8 7 7
Obig 8 7 8 8
orbit Dream 8 6 9 9
Yoav 7 7 7 8
category averages
(9 reviews) 7.11 6.67 7.33 7.33

Reviewer's comments

"An eclectic level where Lara will explore caves (textures of the roman levels from TRC), some buildings and a little village at the end. The progression is straightforward, the puzzles consist of finding buttons or switches and the secrets are a bit uninspired. The gameplay in the big lava cave is not very good in my opinion. Some lava squares are safe when the other are deadly. Oh yes the safe square are a bit different, nevertheless this is unfair on the player. Also the texturing in this big room is repetitive like wallpaper. All in all a rather pleasant level, the atmosphere is good and I had fun exploring the little village." - eRIC (19-Apr-2005)

揘ow that is a decent level indeed. 45 minutes of net game time with an intriguing mix of a sewer area an interesting lava room a bit of Base/VCI and then the City setting we already know from part 1. Only a few scorpions dogs and SAS are the enemies and I thought that at least two of the four golden rose secrets were quite remarkably put together and are worth hunting for. The area with the caf?where you briefly meet Von Croy is quite enchanting and I sure hope the series will be continued a little further after grabbing the Golden Skull this time.??Michael (11-Apr-2004)

揚rogression that is what you can see with this builder. The Caves is indeed bigger and more filled with action. Jumping crawling monkey climbing swimming and finding levers. There are some flip maps in this game and that boulder took me by surprise the first and the second time around as it did something I didn't expected at all well done though. I was very much puzzled at a certain point and found out that it is needed to pick up all the goodies as some will trigger things you need. And talking about goodies never found the crossbow but loads of arrows. Even got my hand on two golden roses secrets mind you and by picking up the Golden Skull the level ends. 24-03-2004??Gerty (28-Mar-2004)

揥ell I said at the end of my review for Geomancer抯 previous level that if he could include a heftier chunk of Gameplay we would see something interesting; and see it we certainly did! This is a tremendous fast moving level with a wide variety of scenery heaps of challenges and a good selection of exciting traps. Who would have thought such a huge subterraenian area could be found beneath London? (Well actually I could. Because by a strange little quirk I happen to be reading a book devoted to just such a subject; although nothing in real life approaches that depicted in this level!). I enjoyed the way Von Croy is used in order to provide a subtle hint on where to go next; and thought that the London (a rather exotic London admittedly) presented here was excellently and imaginatively done. Lovely stuff.??Orbit Dream (28-Mar-2004)

揂fter a first level that was a throw away in terms of time and interest the author has delivered a fun piece of work. After a lively jump over a pit (which hides a secret) Lara makes her way to a huge lava room. Then back to London to find Von Croy imitating a statue and the golden skull -which crashed the game for me. I also could not transition between levels 1 and 2 I had to play Caves as a stand alone piece - which it might as well be. I didn't like the way Guards seemed to be placed at random - armed guards should be guarding something worthwhile. A well done piece that's fast-paced and easy on the brain cells.??Duncan (28-Mar-2004)

揟his level is mush better than the first and the difference is so distinct that I was surprised. I don抰 know if the release day for the second level was too much apart from the first which enabled the author to practice and get better but I liked what I saw in this one. It starts rather sudden and you抮e called to make your first jumps. As the level progresses you find yourself in the caves and then in a lava room trying to find a way to reach the upper level of the area. There was a door in that room that needed a key but I never found one as well as a gate earlier in the water with some flares behind I never opened either. The many doors might tire the player a little but I wouldn抰 say it抯 boring. The red car was nice only you can抰 drive it and suddenly Von Croy appeared at some point staring at one direction without moving. I found two golden roses which were secrets and enjoyed this level. I hope the third level will be even better than the second.??Kristina (26-Mar-2004)

揑 don't know about caves. I'd have said we were in the sewers and there are crocodiles and scorpions down here. This level starts off with a nice little slide and bounce sequence that really puts you in the mood for a spot of action. You do progress to cave areas (lovely lava again our favourite) and then to the night-time city where there are some really beautiful areas to explore. There is plenty going on in this level and it is such a big improvement on part 1 that you'd scarcely know it for the work of the same builder. I really enjoyed it.??Jay (26-Mar-2004)

揟his is already a great work of the author. The first part takes place underground then the story continues in a quarter finally down underground again. There are only a few enemies on the level: a couple of armed men and jackals. But the puzzles are various. Being in the room with lava first I thought there must be a mistake getting on the lava floor and Lara does not catch fire. I tried to find another way. :) I also returned for the bunch of keys into the first room with crocs but I could not use it for opening the great gate. Unfortunately I didn抰 manage to find the Crossbow although I had numerous ammo for it. Getting out into the quarter and pushing the action (CTRL) the game crashed sometimes. Anyway I love this level mainly the quarter ?you can run around there till you can push all the buttons and pull the lever which opens the door of the final part at the very beginning of the quarter. I found 2 Golden Roses in the 2 Secrets and a Golden Skull. The textures are nice and there are already added sounds too. It was a good adventure. I recommend it to all of you. You can find a Hungarian walkthrough (as we don抰 have English version) savegames and pictures here: http://treditor.hu/12/quest_for_the_golden_skull2_caves.htm ??Obig (24-Mar-2004)

揟he third and first serious level of Mr.Feng. Indeed Lara slides to caves and after 2 km (see in the statistics lol) she finds the city. Many switches and levers she needs to push and she opens the last door to the cave with the golden skull. The level looks nice and is worth to play.??Yoav (23-Mar-2004)

http://www.trle.net/sc/authorfeatures.php?aid=425
攻略（德文）
Quest for the Golden Skull 1 - Dawn in London

Level by Geomancer (Mr. Feng Shui)

Walkthrough by Yoav: "I'm writing this walkthrough just for fun; I really don't think you're going to use it."

Yoav doesn't know how desperate we are for walkthroughs around here! This is his first submission, and we certainly do welcome him to the club!

The level starts with a short flyby; ok, run to the left side near the car, pick up the small medipack and proceed to the square. kill two wild boars. Go behind the statue, light a flare and jump to the hole, pick up the crowbar and go back to square. Go to the side where you can clmib up and look for a black gate to open with the crowbar. Run to the far block, climb and jump to high block forward, from there jump to next block and one more jump to the metal bridge. Run to the end and last jump to next metal bridge, jump and get in to the high crawlspace, Lara finds herself on the roof. Shimmy to the left side and open the black gate with the crowbar, and proceed to balcony and pool. Jump to pool and swim through hole until you get out in a room with four flowerpots. Look for the crawlspace; when you get out on the other side you're in some office, kill two soldiers, pick up the big medipack and slide down. A short flyby shows two statues and a golden skull. Be ready, three soldiers attack; kill them, run and jump next to the stage, jump again to the golden skull, but oops: the level then ends.

国外玩家的评论
Level: Quest for the Golden Skull 1 - Dawn in London
Author: Mr. Feng Shui
total rating: 5.07 Gameplay &
Puzzles Enemies,
Objects &
Secrets Atmosphere,
Sound &
Cameras Lighting &
Textures
CC 3 3 4 4
Damon 3 3 4 5
eRIC 4 3 6 7
Gerty 4 4 7 7
Jay 4 3 7 7
Kristina 3 5 6 6
MichaelP 3 3 7 6
Obig 3 4 5 7
orbit Dream 3 3 8 8
Rainbow Liu 5 6 7 9
Yoav 4 4 8 8
category averages
(11 reviews) 3.55 3.73 6.27 6.73

Reviewer's comments

"I like City theme, the levels are challenging but not this though.I think if the author should have spent some more time in increasing the length of this level it should have been fun, I mean just as you are starting get warmed up the Level ends. Not a Happy experience!!!" - Damon (01-Jun-2007)

"A very short level, but well built and well textured. Straightforward, you must find your way in courtyards or rooms with different texturing, until the final showdown where 3 SAS shoot at Lara who can not grab the artefact as she slides to the Caves, the following level by Geomancer. It was rather pleasant the time it lasted. Wild boars in London, that's a bit weird, though." - eRIC (01-Apr-2005)

揑 won't repeat what everyone else said as that's about it regarding enemies and gameplay. I get the impression that this is a collection of ideas rather than a theme even though texture wise the author has stuck to a London city idea. Some fountain/garden areas are nice but the rest are large simply textured rooms. The opening flyby was the highlight of the level for me. Warthogs in London! It would have been more convincing to have dogs. Sorry this does not ring true for me. But I would have ignored this if there was a little more to do than open two doors and fight a few guards. Let's see what Geomancer comes up with in future.??CC (13-Apr-2004)

揑t lasts only for 8 minutes is clearly a bit unfinished has a funny glitch with some of the Plant objects two warthogs and five SAS to kill and you can't get the Golden Skull at the end (because that is meant to be your objective in part 2). And actually when stepping on the tile close to you at the start the level crashes to the desktop. But - the setting is really quite nice the fixed cam when you reach the roof is well done and there is always the promise of more to happen in the next part.??Michael (11-Apr-2004)

揟his custom level is just so so. As the author has worked hard to create this level it should have been better! But the gameplay is not good enough. So do the secrets and atmosphere. Fortunately its lightning and textures are beautiful. And I hope Geomancer can make better levels in the near future.??Rainbow Liu (08-Apr-2004)

揟his is a vast improvement on the Deserted Island level and this one start with a flyby in a city. Also a fast paced one provided you have the crowbar. Potential enough here but for now one can see the learning curve. Getting onto the roofs is fun to do. At the end there is a flyby of that Golden Skull but Lara can't get close enough to grab it. Still wondering in the beginning of the game those two gates that needed keys was also a bit surprised to find warthogs in the city. 23-03-2004??Gerty (28-Mar-2004)

揑 don't claim to be familiar with every nook and cranny of London but the palm trees and wild pigs might just raise a few eyebrows even in Soho. From the initial rather attractive city landscape you soon enter a VCI style building full of guards and the whole thing becomes a bit of a shooting match. Ten minutes of very simple gameplay.??Jay (26-Mar-2004)

揑 am very sorry for this nice level. I started it with great hopes after I had seen the beautiful square and climbed on the rooftops and the terrace with a small pool. But unfortunately it was ended very soon. It maybe will be continued. There are not too many puzzles you have to find the Crowbar and force out a couple of doors. The enemies are only some wild-boars and armed men. The textures are nice there are no added sounds. If you have some spare time run it through. :) You can find a Hungarian walkthrough (as we don抰 have English version) savegames and pictures here: http://treditor.hu/12/quest_for_the_golden_skull1_dawn_in_london.htm ??Obig (24-Mar-2004)

揑'm assuming that this was built after Geomancer's other level 'Deserted Island' as it's a definite improvement. The texturing and atmosphere is very accomplished with a real sense of being in the middle of a city. The climb onto the rooftops (including a rather charming roof garden) is enjoyable and the final battle with the baddies is invigorating stuff (ending with a tantalising 'just out of reach' Trophy). However (as in 'Deserted island') there's simply not much to actually do here; the progression is always straightforward and in around 10 minutes you'll be through. If Geomancers next level can include a heftier chunk of gameplay then we may see something rather interesting.??Orbit Dream (20-Mar-2004)

揟he setting of this level is not clearly base-like from the start but as you proceed it looks more and more like one. It is very short with wild boars and SAS guards as enemies with nothing to find except some health. It finishes abruptly while Lara is trying to get across to the Golden Skull probably because the author wanted to keep the suspense of what happens next and maybe urge us that way to play a potential second part. Well give it a try but don抰 expect too much.??Kristina (20-Mar-2004)

揟he beginning looks cool ?a flyby shows you a square and streets in London city. Looks nice but don't expect too much this is short level. Lara finds the crowbar opens a couple of gates and kills soldiers. Hmm... just when I started to enjoy this level and before Lara picks up the Golden Skull the level ends.??Yoav (20-Mar-2004)

http://www.chibaohua.com/gmly/Geomancer-DesertedIsland.zip

trle收录网址，现在可能需要代理才能上了
http://www.trle.net/sc/authorfeatures.php?aid=425
攻略（德文）
Deserted Island

Level by Geomancer (Mr. Feng Shui)

Walkthrough by Yoav

Start in a valley, short run and climb on a block; get into a passageway and a big door opens automatically. if you fall into the water, just climb up and pull the lever. Run down and on the way you see a sleeping skeleton; at this point jump into the water and swim through the crawlspace, turn left and swim up the slope, then swim right and get out of the water. Pull the lever and a gate opens somewhere. Swim back to the beginning and you see shallow water, climb on wall and return to skeleton. Run jump to small area, climb up and jump close to wall, shimmy to left side, go through open gate, slide down to big valley, do the long monkeyswing, proceed in passageway, go from left side house get into room and stop. spikes trap floor jump to next block and from there out to place with two pools, look for crawlspace from left side, get in and you are above pools. You need to junp from area to area using two ropes and pull the lever in other side to open big wheel. Jump into water and go to moved wheel to finish the level.

国外玩家的评论
Level: Deserted Island
Author: Mr. Feng Shui
total rating: 4.00 Gameplay &
Puzzles Enemies,
Objects &
Secrets Atmosphere,
Sound &
Cameras Lighting &
Textures
Avmaster 6 5 4 4
eRIC 3 4 5 4
eTux 3 3 4 3
Gerty 3 3 4 4
Jay 3 3 4 4
Kristina 3 4 5 5
MichaelP 4 3 7 6
Moonpooka 5 4 5 4
Obig 3 3 5 4
orbit Dream 2 3 4 2
Yoav 3 2 7 7
category averages
(11 reviews) 3.45 3.36 4.91 4.27

Reviewer's comments

"Well - the most memorable thing about the whole adventure was the initial fly-by, as nothing else really implied that this takes place on an island. Well, except the TRC's "Black Island" textures, but since you have to extrapolate in your mind where the rest of it is, I don't really buy it. The whole flowing water thing seemed intriguing initially, but in the end turned out to be nothing but an error from the author's side. It's not quite as deserted as the title implies as you'll meet the odd pig, crocodile and even Von Croy on roof of a temple structure before all is said and done. Quite an ok level as such, and has its redeeming factors, so worth a go if you're in for a short raid in a not such a popular environment in custom levels, but you can do better as well." - eTux (18-Oct-2007)

揟his is a Young-Lara-adventure. It is not difficult. Instead of killing the pigs Von Croy is running senseless around on the roof. There are only a few things to do pull switches use ropes and avoid the pigs. It has no riddles. Playing time about 10-15 minutes. Everyone should be able to finish this level.??Avmaster (23-May-2004)

揂 strange little level with a nice beginning and a kind of abrupt ending. Here is a young Lara on a deserted island which is not my fav type level to start with but a natty little under fifteen minute run about all the same. Textures I had a problem with because they kept disappearing into blackness but I managed to get about and avoid the few enemies lurking which were those annoying little boars and a crocodile. No weapons and no pick ups at all that I could find and no secrets as far as I know. I easily got up to higher places only to find I shouldn't be up there and had to plough back down to earth so a slight amateurish level but none the less for young Lara fans or children I think this might be a hit because despite a few spike traps and those little piggies this isn抰 a violent level at all. Not really for me but after a stressful day I can't complain too much. God only knows what Von Croy was doing up on the roof at the end but first time round I managed to miss him anyway and ended abruptly after entering the last door. Nothing too taxing and nothing of real irritation so nip through it but don't expect too much of a head rush.??Moonpooka (07-May-2004)

揇on't expect too much from this level - short and simple. I say that the textures look nice and good atmosphere ?those were the only things that kept me playing to the end of the level.??Yoav (04-May-2004)

揂ctually quite a cool starting flyby I thought and then a reasonably convincing Island setting through which Young Lara pursues a fairly linear run with little to do (three switches avoid a few warthogs and a croc two ropes to swing on). But meeting Von Croy on that roof like structure was hilarious. What is he doing there - has he finally gone completely mad? Assuming this was the debut of the author it is quite impressive setting wise the 15 minutes of not really exisiting gameplay are not that promising though but let's check out his other work...??Michael (11-Apr-2004)

揟his was over before I knew it. A small and very fast paste level with young Lara. Some parts are too dark and some parts are too bright. A first attempt probably. Having said that there are some nice ideas in this one so this can be a potential great builder. Still pondering what Von Croy was doing up on the roof though. 23-03-2004??Gerty (28-Mar-2004)

揘ot quite deserted - there are wild pigs and a crocodile. Since this is a young Lara level you'll just have to avoid them as best you can. I did glimpse Von Croy on top of a building but he didn't seem inclined to help by killing the pigs. There were a lot of areas that seemed to be completely pointless and one crawlspace was so dark without benefit of flares that I was completely unable to tell if there was any reason to go in there. Fifteen minutes of very easy gameplay.??Jay (26-Mar-2004)

揑t would have been a great adventure but this level is short. This is the first level of the author and I am sure we are going to see better works from him. This level seems to be a bit unfinished. There are no objectives. Your only task is pushing levers for the getting-on. Meanwhile a few wild-boars and a croc trying to stop the young Lara who does not have any weapons but they are not needed either. The lever is linear so you can抰 miss your way. The textures are a bit unfinished and there are no added sounds. If you have some spare time have a look. :) You can find a Hungarian walkthrough (as we don抰 have English version) savegames and pictures here: http://treditor.hu/12/deserted_island.htm ??Obig (24-Mar-2004)

揟he level starts by a flyby showing a view of the island. This is a short level of 15 minutes that consists of fairly easy progression. You are playing with Young Lara so no weapons to deal with a few wild boars and a crocodile. Textures are taken from Angkor Wat and also from the Irish levels of TRChronicles. There are some problems with the texturing and the shaping of the blocks. One room with the 2 Roman statues is not bad though. All you have to do in here is to explore find a lever or two and make a couple of rope swings. At the end you have the choice of dealing with a spikes trap or to climb on the roof of a temple and meet Von Croy. With more care for the texturing and more things to do this could have been a fun level to play.??eRIC (23-Mar-2004)

揇efinitely a first attempt and (to add insult to injury) a Young Lara adventure. These sorts of levels would not be so bad but Level Designers persistently ignore the pleas of all the players namely: don't make Young Lara levels so dark as there's no way to illuminate them. But apparently trying to put across such things to a designer hell bent on building a Young Lara adventure is somewhat akin to explaining the concept of Culture to an Australian: it simply cannot be grasped. What we have here therefore is a small (somewhat ragged) quest through frequently pitch black surroundings as the young Lass finds herself exploring deeper and deeper into an oriental-style island. Some of the platform jumping is easily avoided and the end of the world can be reached on a few occasions but it's a fast moving little adventure without any apparent purpose. Under the circumstances this is not too bad a debut; but here's to a more accomplished second attempt.??Orbit Dream (20-Mar-2004)

揑 don抰 know if this is a first try to build a level but it sure looks like it. Young Lara is in it but there are enemies around such as wild boars and a crocodile. Apart from pushing some levers there is nothing else to do and the challenge is just a few spikes you need to avoid. The textures are often stretched and you can easily get up the rocks to see the blackness in the horizon. Ten minutes is all it took me to get through it. The second try might be better than the first.??Kristina (20-Mar-2004)
